About the event
This class is to empower you to understand the body and trauma in the context of nurture and care with Jesus Christ. Body Talk is a trauma therapy I have created after 7 years of practice with over 1,000 people. I saw there was a gap in care when it came to the body and trauma so the Lord took me on a journey to learn how to create a bridge of healing that incorporates the body into the process of healing as a participant. Come join me in this casual chat online to learn more about your body and how to treat yourself in the places where you have scars and wounds from the past. I will go over some of the principles that are now pillars in my life as a minister and personally. I hope you enjoy!
